【摘要】 目的探讨康复护理临床路径在脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 86例脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者随机分为路径组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。在药物治疗的同时,路径组按康复护理临床路径实施康复护理,对照组采用传统的模式进行康复护理。分别于护理前、护理后采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对2组患者心理状况进行评价;采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评价患者睡眠质量。结果 2组患者护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均较护理前降低(P<0.05),且路径组患者HAMA、HAM D评分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组PSQI评分均较护理前下降(P<0.01),且路径组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论康复护理临床路径能显著改善卒中后睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,减轻焦虑,对促进神经功能恢复具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathw ay in rehabilitation care of patients with sleep disorders after stroke. Methods Eighty-six patients with post-stroke sleep disturbance were randomly divided into path group( n = 43) and control group( n = 43).During drug treatment,the path group was given rehabilitation interventions according to the clinical pathway,and the control group was given conventional rehabilitation care. To evaluate the psychological status of both groups using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale( HAM A) and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale( HAM D) before and after nursing interventions. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale( PSQI) was also used to evaluate the patient’s sleep quality. Results The score of HAM A and HAM D after treatment in both groups was lowerthan those before nursing( P< 0. 05). The HAM A and HAM D scores in the path group were lowerthan those in the control group( P < 0. 05). The score of PSQI in both groups was decreased after treatment( P < 0. 01),and was significantly lowerin the path group than that of the control group( P < 0. 01).Conclusion The clinical pathw ay of rehabilitation nursing can improve the sleep quality,relieve anxiety status and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with sleep disorders after stroke.更多还原
