法国梧桐落叶、香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵特性的探究

【摘要】 本试验分别研究了中温(37℃)条件下法国梧桐落叶与猪粪、香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵的特性,并将二者混合厌氧发酵的结果进行了比较。试验中分析了法国梧桐落叶与猪粪、香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵的产气量、甲烷含量及发酵过程中pH值的变化规律,其中,控制发酵料液总体积为500 mL,总固体(TS)含量为8%,发酵周期为60 d。结果表明,香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵过程中日产气量及甲烷产量远远低于法国梧桐落叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵的日产气量和甲烷产量,不适宜单独厌氧发酵;香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵平均pH偏酸性,低于落叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵的平均pH;香樟青叶与猪粪混合厌氧发酵系统与法国梧桐落叶厌氧发酵系统相比不稳定。

【Abstract】 Anaerobic fermentation characteristics of phoenix’s fallen leaves and camphor’s green leaves mixed pig manure was studied in this paper in medium temperature(37℃). We measured and analyzed biogas production, methane production and pH in two conditions. In this experiment, the total volume was 500 mL, total solid(TS) content is 8%, and the fermentation cycle was 60 days. The results showed that the daily gas production and methane during the anaerobic fermentation of camphor’s green leaves with pig dung is much lower than that produced by the phoenix’s fallen leaves with pig dung; the average pH value of anaerobic fermentation of camphor’s green leaves with pig dung was lower than that of phoenix’s fallen leaves with pig dung; besides, the anaerobic fermentation system of camphor’s green leaves mixed pig manure was more unstable.
