【摘要】 目的探讨老年糖尿病患者皮肤溃疡的防治效果。方法 96例老年糖尿病皮肤溃疡患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用常规控制血糖加清创换药方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用康复新液和红外线照射。比较两组患者的临床疗效、换药次数、住院时间及伤口愈合时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的77.08%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的换药次数、伤口愈合时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者皮肤溃疡通过规范化的内科治疗加外科换药及物理治疗可获得良好疗效,能有效加快溃疡面愈合,抑制病变发展,具有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the prevention and treatment effect of skin ulcer in elderly diabetic patients. Methods A total of 96 elderly diabetic patients with skin ulcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional blood glucose control and debridement dressing change method, the observation group was given Kangfuxin Liquid and infrared radiation on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, frequency of dressing change, length of stay and wound healing time between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than 77.08% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The frequency of dressing change in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the wound healing time and length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Through standardized medical treatment, surgical dressing change and physical therapy, elderly diabetic patients with skin ulcer can obtain good curative effect. It can effectively accelerate the healing of ulcer surface and inhibit the development of lesions. It has positive clinical significance.更多还原
