【摘要】 分析目前处方点评中不合理中药处方判定难点问题,并提出相应的改进措施。根据相关法规的规定,结合处方点评实践,梳理不规范处方、用药不适宜处方及超常处方的判定条款,对点评过程中存在的难点问题进行分析。结果发现存在超剂量用药,"君、臣、佐、使"的排列顺序,中医临床诊断,规范名称,用法、用量不适宜,"重味"药物判定,开具高价药判定等难点问题。建议尽快出台《医疗机构中药处方点评指南》,对超剂量用药可尝试一次性签名备案,完善相关点评条款,促进中药处方点评规范化、标准化、科学化。更多还原
