【摘要】 目的:探讨不同分子分型的乳腺癌超声表现特征,并评估预后。方法:收集经病理证实的170例乳腺癌患者,根据免疫组化资料将其分为luminal A型、luminal B型、HER-2过表达型、三阴性4组,分析不同分子分型乳腺癌超声表现,并分析预后。结果:乳腺癌肿块的大小、纵横比、形态、边缘、内部回声、钙化、后方衰减、有无淋巴结转移的差异在不同分子分型之间有统计学意义(P <0.05),Alder血流分级在不同分子分型之间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:乳腺癌超声征象与分子分型存在相关性,并能初步预判预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the color Doppler ultrasound findings of different molecular subtypes of breast cancers,and for breast cancer prognosis of preoperative assessment provide valuable imaging information.Methods:Data from 170 breast cancer cases confirmed pathologically were analyzed.According to the immunohistochemical results,tumor subtypes were categorized as Luminal A、Luminal B、HER-2 or triple-negative groups.breast cancer Sonographic features of different molecular subtypes were observed and analyzed their the correlation.Results:There were statistically significant differences among the different molecular subtypes in tumor size,L/T,ratio,margin,border,internalecho,microcalcification,posterior attenuation and lymph node(P <0.05).No significant difference in bloodstream grade(P >0.05).Conclusions:Ultrasonographic features were correlated with molecular subtypes of breast cancer,and it can precast breast cancer prognosis of preoperative assessment in a certain extent.更多还原
