【摘要】 目的:探讨温经通阻方保留灌肠干预寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效、安全性机制及传承和推广全国名老中医何成瑶教授的学术观点。方法:收集60例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组,30例给予温经通阻方保留灌肠(简称灌肠组),30例给予少腹逐瘀汤口服(简称口服组),观察两组患者治疗前后中医症候评分变化、巧克力囊肿最大径线及药物不良反应,评价灌肠组的临床疗效。结果:1)两组中医症候评分在治疗后均呈下降趋势(P <0.01),治疗后组间对比:灌肠组优于口服组(P <0.05)。2)灌肠组与口服组有效率:96.67%VS 73.33%,组间对比:灌肠组疗效优于口服组(P <0.05)。3)治疗后两组巧囊最大径线无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:1)两组治疗均能改善寒凝血瘀型EMs中医症状,温经通阻方保留灌肠疗效优于少腹逐瘀汤口服。2)温经通阻方保留灌肠靶向治疗可控制局部异位病灶的进一步发展。3)两组临床疗效安全性可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the security mechanism and clinical efficacy of warm meridian though stagnation formula to intervention the enema treatment of cold causing blood stasis type endometriosis for the inheritance and promotion of the national name of the old Chinese medicine Professor Hechenyao academic thinking.Method:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,30 example of the warm meridian though stagnation to retain enema group(enema group),and the other 30 example of lower abdomea dispase stasis soup oral group(oral group).To observe the levels of TnF-a and the maximum diameter of chocolate cyst after treatment;Comparison of TCM syndrome score and drug side effects of two subjects before and after treatment.Results:1.TCM syndrome score:two groups of Chinese medicine symptom score after treatment showed a downward trend(P <0.01).Two groups compared after trentment,retention enema group better than that in the oral group(P <0.05).2.Efficacy rates:The retention enema group and the oral group effective rates was 96.67%and73.33%,Two groups compared after trentment,retention enema group better than the oral group(P < 0.05).3.The two groups had no significant change in the maximum diameter after treatment,(P>0.05).Conclusion:1)Two groups of treatment can improve the cold coagulation and blood stasis endometriosis type EMs Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms,Wenjin tongzu Fang retention enema effect is better than Shaofu Zhuyu Tang group;2)Wenjin tongzu Fang retention enema targeted therapy can control the further development of local ectopic lesions.3)Two groups had clinical efficacy and safety were realible.更多还原
