【摘要】 目的:探讨精神科优质护理服务中应用优化护理工作模式的效果。方法:以我院精神科收治的80例患者为研究对象,收治时间为2016年6月至2017年6月,将其分为两组,分组方式为随机分组,每组各40例患者。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者优化护理工作模式下的优质护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度为92.50%,对照组患者为75.00%,观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:精神科优质护理服务中应用优化护理工作模式,效果显著,能有效提高患者的护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of optimizing nursing work mode in the quality nursing service of psychiatric department.Methods:80 patients in the psychiatric department of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were divided into two groups,which were divided into random groups and 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing under the nursing mode.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was92.50%,the control group was 75%,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of optimized nursing mode in psychiatric high quality nursing service has significant effect,which can effectively improve patient’s nursing satisfaction.更多还原
