【摘要】 目的:探讨晚期乳腺癌延伸护理模式中FOCUS家庭干预对患者生命质量的影响。方法:选取本院肿瘤科60例晚期乳腺癌患者,随机选取其中30例作为对照组,接受常规健康教育。另外30例作为观察组,在常规健康教育基础上遵照FOCUS家庭干预项目方案实施延伸护理。干预6个月,对比两组患者生命质量评分。结果:干预前,两组患者生命质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05);对照组干预前后生命质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组干预前后生命质量评分有明显差异,干预后各项结果均明显优于干预前(P<0.05);干预后,观察组各项结果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:"FOCUS家庭干预延伸护理模式可显著提高乳腺癌患者生命质量,有一定的普适性,可为其他恶性肿瘤患者延伸护理服务提供参照。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of FOCUS family intervention on the quality of life of patients in advanced breast cancer extended nursing mode.Methods:60 patients with advanced breast cancer in the oncology department of our hospital were selected and 30 of them were randomly selected as a control group to receive routine health education.Another 30 patients were treated as an observation group and received extended nursing care based on the FOCUS family intervention program plus routine health education.Six months after intervention,the quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life scores before and after intervention in the control group(P >0.05).There was a significant difference in quality of life scores between the observation group and the intervention group.The results were significantly better than before the intervention(P <0.05).After the intervention,the results of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:FOCUS family intervention extended nursing model can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer,there is a certain degree of universality in the nursing mode and it can be a reference for extended care services for other malignant tumor patients.更多还原
