【摘要】 目的:研究负压封闭引流技术在老年烧伤患者皮肤软组织损伤中的临床应用效果。方法:选择本院诊治的100例老年烧伤患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用传统换药方法,观察组采用负压封闭引流技术。结果:随着治疗时间的增加,两组患者的创面面积均呈逐渐缩小的趋势(P<0.05);随着治疗时间的增加,两组患者的疼痛评分均呈逐渐降低的趋势(P<0.05),治疗第1d、3d、7d,观察组的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的创面缩小率以及肉芽面积增长率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的植皮时间、住院时间、植皮愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流技术在老年烧伤患者皮肤软组织损伤中的临床应用效果显著优于传统换药方法,可以有效减少创面面积,降低疼痛程度,加速恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage in skin and soft tissue injury of elderly patients with burn.Methods:100 cases of elderly burn patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was used traditional dressing method,and the observation group was used vacuum sealing drainage.Results:With the increase of treatment time,the wound area of the two groups decreased gradually(P <0.05).With the increase of treatment time,the pain scores of the two groups decreased gradually(P <0.05).On the first day,the third day and the seventh day after treatment,the pain scores in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05).The reduction rate of wound area and the growth rate of granulation area in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The time of skin grafting,the hospitalization time and the healing time of skin grafting in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Vacuum sealing drainage is superior to traditional dressing method in the clinical application of skin and soft tissue injury of elderly burn patients.It can effectively reduce wound area,reduce pain and accelerate the recovery,which deserves to be popularized.更多还原
