【摘要】 文章梳理我国中医药院校校务工作的发展现状,分析新形势下中医药院校校务工作面临的新形势和新要求,提出"供给侧改革"背景下中医药院校校务工作的相关研究及对策思考,如搭建校务工作联系平台,协同整合资源,共同完成时代课题和国家战略;做好校务信息公开,提升高等中医药院校美誉度;争取各类办学资源,助力国家"双一流"和地方高水平大学建设;强化学习和调查研究能力,科学合理布局和配置办学资源;强化校务自身组织体系建设,促进校务工作者专家化发展道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The status of administrative affairs of Chinese Medicine colleges in China was studied.And the new situation and requirements for Chinese Medicine colleges in the new period were analyzed.Based on which,some countermeasures under the background of supply-side structural reform were put forward,such as developing administrative affair communication platform,synergistically integrating resources to accomplish subjects,publicizing the information of administrative affairs,improving the colleges’ reputation,striving for various kinds of resources to promote the construction,strengthening the ability to study and investigation,reasonably distributing resources,and reinforcing the construction of self-organizing system to promote the cultivation of school affair experts.更多还原
