【摘要】 目的:找出近年来我国医患关系研究领域中所涉及的热点研究问题并分析热点所形成的原因。方法:以CNKI中近15年来与医患关系相关的2631篇文献作为研究样本,运用CiteSpace软件对检索到的文献进行知识图谱绘制并进行关键词共现分析,对高频关键词进行提取找出相应的研究热点。结果:"医疗纠纷"的频次为217,排名第1;"医疗质量"为118,排名第2;"医患纠纷"的频次为97,排名第3;"医患沟通"为80,排名第4。结论:近15年来我国医患关系领域的3个研究热点分别为医患纠纷、医疗质量和医患沟通。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the hot issues in the field of doctor-patient relationship in recent years in China and its main causes.Method 2631 cases of literatures related to doctor-patient relationship in the past 15 years were collected from CNKI database and analyzed with CiteSpace software.The high frequency keywords were extracted to explore the corresponding hot research issues.Results The frequency of "medical disputes"was 217,ranked as the first."medical quality",frequency of 118,ranked as the second.Followed with"doctors and patients disputes",frequency of 97.ranked as the third,and"doctors and patients communication"(frequency of 80,ranked as the fourth).Conclusion In the past 15 years,the top three research hotspots in the field of doctor-patient relationship were medical dispute,medical quality and doctor-patient communication.更多还原
