【摘要】 在对医患关系进行文献分析总结的基础上,将我国医患关系影响因素归纳为患者、医务人员和社会公众三个方面。构建了"医、患、社会"三方满意度的影响因素模型及医患关系和谐度指数模型。并通过分层抽样,调查四川省内15家公立医院的医患双方;通过随机抽样调查全国16省社会公众,实证检验了医患关系影响因素及和谐度模型,测得当前医患关系和谐度指数为0.63995,医患关系处于低水平和谐的状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on literature analysis of doctor-patient relationship,the relationship between doctors and patients in China was summarized as three aspects of patients,medical professionals and the publics. The influencing factor model of satisfaction degree of doctor-patient relationship and harmony degree index model were developed,which were verified by the survey on doctors and patients sampled from 15 hospitals in Sichuan Province and the publics sampled from 16 provinces in China.
