【摘要】 目的探讨鼻窦炎致急性硬膜下脓肿的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析1例中间型链球菌感染性鼻窦炎导致的急性硬膜下脓肿病人的临床资料,行硬膜下钻孔引流、抗感染等治疗,结合相关文献进行分析、总结。结果术后3 d,病人出现高热癫,给予相应对症处理后好转。随访3个月,病人预后良好。结论中间型链球菌感染性鼻窦炎导致急性硬膜下脓肿极为罕见,其起病急、隐匿、容易误诊漏诊,积极抗感染及外科手术干预可取得良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of acute subdural abscess caused by rhinosinusitis. Methods Clinical data of a patient with acute subdural abscess caused by streptococcus intermedius rhinosinusitis(SIR) were analyzed retrospectively. The patient received subdural drainage and anti-infectious treatment. The related literatures were analyzed and reviewed. Results The high fever and epilepsy were observed in the patient 3 d after surgery and the symptoms were improved by the treatment. The patient was followed up for 3 months and the prognosis was good. Conclusions The acute subdural abscess caused by SIR is extremely rare, easily misdiagnosed and miss diagnosed, which has urgent and occult onset. The positive anti-infection and surgical intervention can achieve good outcome.更多还原
