【摘要】 目的探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的临床特征、治疗方法及预后。方法回顾性分析31例中枢神经细胞瘤病人的临床资料,其中采用单额皮质入路切除肿瘤13例,经纵裂-胼胝体入路18例。结果肿瘤全切除28例,次全切除3例。术后脑积水症状均缓解,术后并发症包括脑室继发性血肿1例,癫疒间发作1例,肢体肌力下降1例,经治疗后好转。随访40~50个月,平均46.3个月,术后病人接受放疗12例,术后48个月复发1例。无死亡病例。结论显微外科手术切除中枢神经细胞瘤并结合立体定向放疗是有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features, treatment method and prognosis of patients with the central neurocytoma.Methods Clinical data of 31 patients with central neurocytoma were analyzed retrospectively, who received resection of tumors via trans-frontal approach in 13 patients and via interhemispheric transcallosal approach in 18. Results The tumors were totally removed in 28 patients and partially in 3. The symptom of hydrocephalus in all patients was relieved. The postopertaive complications contained secondary hematoma in the ventricle in 1 patient, epilepsy in 1 and decreased muscle strength in 1, who got better after treatment. The patients were followed up for 40 to 50 months with a mean period of 46.3 months. Twelve patients received chemotherapy after surgery and 1 recurred 48 months after surgery. No death occurred. Conclusion Microsurgical resection and adjuvant stereotactic radiotherapy is an effective treatment for central neurocytomas.更多还原
