【摘要】 目的了解丽水市莲都区在册吸毒人员人口学、吸毒行为、性行为特征、艾滋病知识知晓率、HIV和梅毒感染情况等。方法采用横断面设计的方法,对莲都区在册吸毒人员进行一对一的问卷调查。结果共调查吸毒人员354人,男、女比例为3. 43∶1; 20岁～39岁为主(79. 94%);初中文化为主(56. 21%);未婚为主(45. 20%);艾滋病知识总体知晓率偏低;吸食冰毒者占91. 24%;使用毒品的主要地点为小旅馆(53. 67%);使用毒品后性行为发生率为15. 25%,男性为主,不同性别在使用毒品后是否发生性行为差异有统计学意义(χ2=106. 32,P <0. 01);吸毒后发生性行为男性中有10. 00%发生过同性性行为;使用毒品后性行为的安全套使用率极低;对337人进行血清学检测,0. 30%HIV抗体检测阳性,2. 67%梅毒抗体检测阳性。结论继续扩大对吸毒人员艾滋病相关服务,加强推广安全套的使用,积极探索有效的干预模式,加强对MSM人群毒品知识的宣教。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the demographics,drug abuse behavior,sexual behavior characteristics,awareness of AIDS knowledge,HIV and syphilis infections in Liandu District,Lishui. Methods Cross-sectional design method was adopted to perform one-on-one questionnaire survey on drug addicts in Liandu District. Results A total of 354 drug addicts were investigated,with sex ratio of 3. 43 ∶1 and giving priority to 20-39 years old group( 79. 94%); junior middle school education level accounted for 56. 21%; the unmarried accounted for 45. 20%; the awareness of HIV/AIDS related knowledge was low; methamphetamine user accounted for 91. 24%; the main place of drug use was small hotel( 53. 67%); the incidence rate of sexual behavior was 15. 25% after drug use,with male as the predominant cases,and the incidence differences of sexual behavior after drug use between male and female were statistically significant( χ2= 106. 32,P < 0. 01); among the men who had sex after drug abuse,10. 00% of them had homosexual sex; the rate of condom use was extremely low after drug use; a total of 337 respondents were conducted for serological detection,0. 30% of whom were positive for HIV antibody,and 2. 67% of whom were positive for syphilis. Conclusion It is necessary to continuously expand AIDS related services,strengthen the use of condoms,explore the intervention mode of drug addicts,and strengthen the education of drug knowledge in MSM population.更多还原
