【摘要】 目的探讨血清Adropin水平变化在急性冠脉综合征病患者预后判断中的作用。方法选择心内科收入院的急性冠脉综合征患者60例,其中不稳定性心绞痛32例,急性心肌梗塞28例,另选取健康体检者20例作为对照组。急性冠脉综合征患者进行Grace危险因素评分,采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)检测血清Adropin水平,全自动生化分析仪检测肝肾功能、血脂、血糖等生化指标。结果急性冠脉综合征患者血清Adropin水平均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);急性心肌梗塞患者血清Adropin水平较不稳定性心绞痛患者明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。中危组和高危组患者血清Adropin水平均较低危组患者明显降低(P <0. 05);高危组患者血清Adropin水平与中危组相比明显降低(P <0. 05)。急性冠脉综合征患者血清Adropin水平与Grace危重程度评分呈明显负相关(r=-0. 512,P <0. 01)。结论血清Adropin水平在预测急性冠脉综合征病情严重程度及预后方面具有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum Adropin levels in patients with acute coronary syndromes and to discuss their role in prognosis. Methods Sixty patients with acute coronary syndrome were collected from the department of cardiology,including 32 patients with unstable angina pectoris,28 cases of acute myocardial infarction. In addition,20 healthy patients were selected as the control group. Grace risk scores was adopted in patients with acute coronary syndrome,and serum Adropin levels were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent( ELISA). Liver and kidney function,blood lipid,blood sugar and other biochemical indicators were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Serum Adropin levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Serum Adropin levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly lower in patients with unstable angina pectoris,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Serum Adropin levels of patients in both middle and high risk groups were significantly lower than those in the low-risk group( P < 0. 05). Serum Adropin levels were significantly lower in high-risk groups compared with that in middle-risk group( P < 0. 05).
