鲁西地区10062例孕妇全血微量元素检测结果及影响因素分析
Detection results and affected factors analysis of trace elements in 10062 pregnant women
【摘要】 目的分析鲁西地区不同孕期、不同年龄段孕妇全血微量元素水平的差异,了解本地区孕妇营养状况,探讨微量元素监测的重要性,为孕期营养保健提供依据。方法采用原子吸收光谱法对10 062例孕妇和455例非孕健康妇女进行全血微量元素检测,分析不同孕期、不同年龄段孕妇体内钙、镁、铁、铜、锌元素水平及缺乏状况。结果孕妇整个孕期全血镁、铁含量明显低于对照组,铜含量明显高于对照组;早孕期钙缺乏率最高,中孕期锌缺乏率最高,镁含量随妊娠发展呈下降趋势,铁缺乏率随妊娠发展逐渐升高。结论鲁西地区孕妇微量元素存在不同程度的缺乏,其中以钙缺乏最为严重,铁、锌次之。妊娠期间,应重视钙、铁、锌元素的摄取,促进母胎健康,做到优生优育。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the differences of trace elements in whole blood of pregnant women at different gestations and ages in western Shandong,to understand the nutritional status of pregnant women in this area,and to explore the importance of trace element monitoring,so as to provide evidence for nutrition and health care during pregnancy. Methods Employing atomic absorption spectrometry was used to detect the level of trace elements in 10 062 pregnant women and 455 healthy normal non-pregnant women. To analyze the concentration and deficiency of calcium,magnesium,iron,copper and zinc in pregnant women at different gestations and ages. Results The average concentration of magnesium and iron of pregnant women were significantly lower than those of non-pregnant women,on the contrary,copper was higher. The deficiency degree of calcium was the highest during early pregnancy,and zinc was the highest during midterm pregnancy. With the increasing of gestational week,the magnesium level decreased,but the deficiency status of iron increased. Conclusion The trace elements deficiency are different in pregnant women in western Shandong,with the deficiency of calcium the most severe,followed by iron and zinc.Therefore,pregnant women should pay attention to the intake of calcium,iron and zinc,so as to promote maternal and child health and decrease birth defect.
