【摘要】 目的探讨血液营养成分、神经递质、炎症因子等因素与抑郁症的联系。方法在山东省安康医院选取2017年3月-4月入院的30例首发抑郁症患者作为疾病组,并在健康查体中心选择同期30例健康人员作为对照组,使用全自动生化分析仪测量血液营养指标、酶联免疫分析方法测量血液中白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子α、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、谷氨酸的含量。结果疾病组红细胞、血红蛋白、游离脂肪酸、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素含量疾病组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子α含量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症与血液中营养成分、神经递质及炎症因子等指标之间存在联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of the contents of blood nutrition,neurotransmitters,and inflammatory factors with depression. Methods 30 patients with first-episode depression from March to April 2017 in Ankang Hospital of Shandong Province were enrolled into case group,30 healthy person selected from the health center were enrolled into control group,blood indexes of nutrition were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer,blood interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor alpha,5-serotonin,noradrenaline and glutamate content were measured by enzyme immunoassay method. Results The levels of red blood cells,hemoglobin,free fatty acids,5-serotonin,norepinephrine in the case group were lower than that in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 05); the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor alpha in the case group were significantly higher than the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 05).
