选择性培养基易碎菌落法检出5株氰化钾阳性沙门菌

【摘要】 目的 WS易碎菌落法检出5株氰化钾阳性沙门菌。方法将健康体检肛拭子标本在SF增菌后接种WS平板分离,再用WS易碎菌落法挑选疑似沙门菌做菌落鉴定。结果 13 278件肠检标本,易碎菌落法检出102株沙门菌,其中发现5株氰化钾阳性沙门菌,阳性率达4.9%。结论氰化钾试验大多数沙门菌为阴性,1976年-1980年我国沙门菌菌型分布调查协作组对19 729株沙门菌所作的生化试验结果氰化钾阳性率为0.01%,本实验室沙门菌氰化钾阳性率达4.9%。沙门菌氰化钾阳性同检验的标准相违背,所以按照国家标准或行业标准的流程极易漏检,WS易碎菌落法方法简单特异性强敏感性高,氰化钾阳性沙门菌应该引起大家的注意不要轻易丢弃,防止沙门菌漏检。

【Abstract】 Objective Five strains of potassium cyanogen positive Salmonella were detected by WS method. Methods Swab specimens from healthy people were inoculated with WS plates after SF enrichment,and then the suspected Salmonella was selected by WS fragile colony method for identification. Results Of the 278 intestine specimens,102 strains of Salmonella were detected by the fragile colony method,and 5 strains of potassium cyanide-positive Salmonella were found,with a positive rate of 4. 9%. Conclusion Potassium cyanide test was negative for most Salmonella. From 1976 to 1980,the Salmonella type distribution survey team of China conducted a biochemical test on 19 729 strains of Salmonella. The positive rate of potassium cyanide was 0. 01%. But the positive rate of potassium was 4. 9% in this study. Salmonella potassium cyanide positive is contrary to the test standard,so miss detection is easy to happen according to the national standards or industry standard process. The WS fragile colony method is simple,specific and strong,and the potassium cyanide-positive Salmonella should cause attention,so as to avoid the miss detection of Salmonella.
