【摘要】 目的分析过敏性紫癜患者血D-二聚体以及尿微量蛋白的相关性。方法回顾性分析80例过敏性紫癜患儿的临床资料。所有入选患者均检测D-二聚体及尿微量白蛋白、尿α1-微球蛋白等。同时选择健康体检儿童40例作为对照组,将2组相关指标检测结果进行对照分析。结果疾病组D-二聚体、尿微量白蛋白、α1-微球蛋白阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。尿常规异常组与尿常规正常组患儿D-二聚体、尿微量白蛋白、α1-微球蛋白含量均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。尿常规异常组患儿D-二聚体水平显著高于尿常规正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论过敏性紫癜患儿机体的高凝状态与其肾脏功能损伤具有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship of plasma D-dimer with urine micro protein in children with allergic purpura. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases with allergic purpura were retrospectivly analyzed. And all the cases were conducted for the detection of D-dimer and urine micro protein. Forty healthy children were selected as control group. The detection results of D-dimer and urine micro protein were compared between the two groups. Results Positive rates of D-dimer,urine microalbumin,α1-microglobulin in allergic purpura group was higher than that of the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 01). Levels of D-dimmer,urine microalbumin and α1-microglobulin in abnormal urine analysis group and normal urine analysis group were higher than that in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 01). D-dimmer level in abnormal urine analysis group was higher than that in the normal urine analysis group,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 01). Conclusion Hypercoagulability of children with allergic purpura has certain correlation with renal function injury.更多还原
