【摘要】 目的评价实验室对化妆品中铅检测的准确性,提高实验室的检测能力。方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法参加化妆品中铅能力验证活动,以Z值来评价和判定检测结果。结果能力验证结果不满意,经过原因分析、采取纠正措施后,参加CNAS现场评审、测量审核均获得了满意结果。结论通过参加此次化妆品中铅能力验证活动,及时发现了问题所在,并采取了有效的纠正措施,提升了本实验室的技术能力和管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the laboratory test accuracy of lead in cosmetics,so as to improve the ability of laboratory test. Methods Laboratory lead test in cosmetics was verified by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and the results were evaluated by Z score. Results The primary result of the proficiency testing was not satisfactory. Causal analysis of CNAS and corrective actions were performed for method modification and refinement,and good results were obtained. Conclusion By verifying the proficiency testing,problems were found in time,and corrective measures were taken to improve the level of test and management in the laboratory.更多还原
