【摘要】 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病合并下肢骨折患者骨代谢标志物及凝血指标的变化。方法选取100例老年2型糖尿病患者,其中2型糖尿病合并下肢骨折患者为糖尿病骨折组(45例);2型糖尿病无骨折患者为单纯糖尿病组(55例);另选取同期健康体检者50例为对照组,检测并比较各组的骨代谢标志物及凝血指标。结果糖尿病骨折组与单纯糖尿病组的CT、BGP、ALP低于对照组,PTH高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病骨折组与单纯糖尿病组的各标志物水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病骨折组与单纯糖尿病组的D-D、FIB、GMP-140均高于对照组,糖尿病骨折组的D-D、FIB、GMP-140又高于单纯糖尿病组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者存在骨代谢紊乱及凝血活性增强,合并下肢骨折后发生血栓的风险进一步增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of bone metabolism markers and coagulation indexes in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with lower limb fracture. Methods We selected 100 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,including 45 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with lower limb fracture as the diabetic fracture group; 55 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus without fracture as the simple diabetes group; 50 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. Bone metabolism markers and coagulation indexes were detected and compared. Results The CT,BGP and ALP levels in the diabetic fracture group and the diabetes group were lower than that in the control group,and PTH was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); there was no statistical significance in the difference of markers between the diabetic fracture group and the diabetes group( P > 0. 05). The D-D,FIB and GMP-140 levels in the diabetic fracture group and the simple diabetes group were higher than that in the control group,and the D-D,FIB and GMP-140 levels in the diabetic fracture group were higher than that in the simple diabetes group,with the difference statistically significant( P < 0. 05).
