妊娠期妇女产前维生素D筛查与营养状况的临床分析

【摘要】 目的分析本院孕妇体内维生素D的含量,为临床科学合理地补充维生素D提供依据。方法选取2015年6月-2016年12月在本院就诊的312名正常妊娠12周~36周的孕妇为研究对象。在门诊做产检时,采集空腹静脉血,检测体内血清维生素D的含量。结果维生素D缺乏孕妇有234例(75%),维生素D不足患者为31例(10%),47例正常(15%);妊娠12周~20周孕妇维生素D的缺乏率高于24周~36周的孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冬春季孕妇维生素D缺乏检出率为79.8%,高于夏秋季的20.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期孕妇普遍存在维生素D不足或缺乏,这与孕妇生活和饮食习惯发生改变有一定的关系。

【Abstract】 Objective The content of vitamin D in pregnant women was detected to provide basis for clinical reasonable supplementation of vitamin D in our hospital. Methods 312 pregnant women with normal pregnancy for 12-36 weeks were selected as the subjects from June 2015 to December 2016. During the examination of pregnancy,following the doctor’ s advice to take the venous blood of the abdomen and detecting the content of vitamin D in serum in the body. Results The research found75% of pregnant women( 234) were with vitamin D deficiency,10% of pregnant women were inadequate( 31),15% of the pregnant women were normal( 47); and the vitamin D deficiency rate in pregnant women at 12-20 weeks of pregnancy was higher than that of pregnant women of 24-36 weeks,with the differences statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the deficiency rate of vitamin D in winter and spring was 79. 8%,which was much higher than that in summer and autumn 20. 2%,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency or deficiency is common in pregnant women,which is related to the decrease of outdoor activities after pregnancy,the short light time and the change of eating habits.
