【摘要】 改革开放以来,中国经济发展誉为"中国模式"和"中国奇迹",不同学科、不同领域试图用不同理论和视角揭示中国经济增长和地区差距背后的动力机制与发展逻辑。不同于主流经济学强调直接因素(劳动、资本、技术)的作用和"市场作用论"的解释,本文基于中国国情和既有文献:一是强调了间接因素(制度、政府和官员)的作用和提炼出"制度作用论"、"政府作用论"和"官员作用论"三类解释;二是鉴于地方官员在辖区经济发展中的重要作用,重点梳理了中国地方官员在经济增长中作用的代表性理论与实证文献,分析了作用机制和指出研究不足,并提出了未来研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s economic development is praised as "China Miracle" and "China Model" since the reform and opening. Researchers in different disciplines and different fields try to reveal the dynamic mechanism and development logic behind China’s economic growth and regional disparity. Unlike mainstream economics, which emphasizes the role of direct factors(labor, capital, technology) and the interpretation of "market function theory", this paper is based on China’s national conditions and existing literature: Firstly, it emphasizes the role of indirect factors(institutions, governments and officials) and extracts three interpretations: "Institutional Function Theory", "Government Function Theory" and "Official Function Theory". Secondly, in view of the important role of local officials in the economic development of the jurisdiction, this paper focuses on the representative theory and empirical literature of the role of local officials in economic growth in China, and analyzes the mechanism of action and points out the lack of research. Last but not least, we proposes future research directions.更多还原
