【摘要】 安全生产事故的存在严重影响了世界各国的生产行业发展及员工的个体安全。本文运用元分析和路径分析方法,以社会学习理论为理论基础,对个体安全生产行为的约束因素及约束机制展开探讨并探索文化因素的调节作用。通过对来源于57项实证研究的65个独立样本进行元分析发现:(1)安全氛围和安全领导力均对个体安全生产行为具有显著的正向影响;(2)安全沟通在安全氛围和安全生产行为之间起到部分中介作用,在安全领导力和安全生产行为之间起到完全中介作用;(3)权力距离较高、集体主义文化的文化情境下,安全氛围对安全生产行为的正向作用更显著;权力距离较高的文化情境下,安全领导力对安全生产行为的正向作用更显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The existence of serious production safety accident has affected the development of manufacturing industry and employees’ individual security. Using meta-analysis and path analysis methods, this study based on social learning theory explores the constraint factors of individual production safety behavior, the constraint mechanism and the moderating role of cultural factors. Through the meta-analysis of 65 independent samples derived from 57 empirical researches, we find that:(1) both safety climate and safety leadership have significantly positive impact on individual production safety behavior;(2) safety communication partially mediates the relationship between safety climate and production safety behavior, completely mediates the relationship between safety leadership and production safety behavior;(3) cultural factors moderate the relationship between safety climate and individual production safety behavior, as well as the relationship between safety leadership and the individual production safety behavior. Specifically, both high power distance and collectivism positively moderate the positive relationship between safe climate and production safe behavior; high power distance positively moderates the positive relationship between safe leadership and production safe behavior. The results of the study provide theoretical guidance for enterprise safety production management from the perspective of constraining individual behavior and potential direction for future researches.更多还原
