【Abstract】 Since the 18 thNational Congress of CPC, from the overall and strategic standpoint, Xi Jin-Ping has delivered many important speeches in many occasions in which he put s forward many innovative ideas,points,suppositions and demands about educational goal, educational reform, educational justice, educational powerful country and educational quality. Xi’s educational ideology enriches and develops educational theoretical system,and points out the direction for Chinese educational reform and development.
