【Abstract】 Cerebral infarction is a common cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity, mortality, disability and high recurrence rate, which is the leading cause of mortality in China. Exploration on the etiology of cerebral infarction never stopped, and the latest research found that left ventricular wall motion abnormalities have a significant correlation with the occurrence, recurrence and prognosis of cerebral infarction. The risk factors of abnormal left ventricular motion, the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction caused by abnormal left ventricular wall activity and the intervention measures are discussed in this article.更多还原
