优良笋用竹种量化评价指标体系的建立与应用

【摘要】 以竹笋口感、出笋期、营养成分含量(氨基酸含量)、出笋持续时间、笋产量和可食率等指标建立了优良笋用竹种的量化评价指标体系;依据该指标体系对福建华安竹种园的竹种进行了评价,筛选出了20种适宜于闽南地区的优良笋用竹种;提出了闽南地区周年供笋的优良竹种配置模式。

【Abstract】 This paper established the quantitative evaluation index system of bamboo species for excellent shoots,which included the indices of shoots taste,shooting period,nutritional ingredient( amino acid content),shooting duration,yield and edible rate. Bamboo species in Huaan Bamboo Garden were evaluated using the index system,and 20 bamboo species with excellent shoots suitable for growing in the Southern Fujian Province were screened. At the end,the excellent bamboo species configuration mode that could ensure the annual shoot supply was proposed.
