【摘要】 辽宁绒山羊是全世界公认的高产绒量的绒山羊品种之一,其皮肤次级毛囊是山羊绒生长的"发源地"。在次级毛囊周期性发育过程中,骨形态发生蛋白（BMP₂）基因对其起重要调控作用。本研究利用RT-PCR技术检测BMP₂基因mRNA在成年辽宁绒山羊皮肤毛囊不同时期（兴盛前期、兴盛期、退行期和休止期）表达规律。研究结果表明:BMP₂基因mRNA在不同时期的辽宁绒山羊皮肤组织中均有表达,在时期1表达量达到最高,呈逐渐下降趋势,但在时期3有一个小的上升趋势,且相邻时期之间（时期2和时期3,时期3和时期4）表达量几乎没有差异（P> 0. 05）,但时期1和时期2,时期1和时期3之间表达量差异显著（P <0. 05）。其中时期1和时期4表达量差异极显著（P <0. 01）,而时期2和时期4之间表达量几乎没有差异（P> 0. 05）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Liaoning cashmere goat is recognized as one of the highest cashmere yield goat breeds,and the secondary follicle is the cashmere growth birthplace. BMP₂ plays an important role in the developmental processes of secondary follicle. In this study we used RT-PCR technology to detect the expression pattern of BMP₂ in different period of adult Liaoning cashmere goats. The result showed that the expression of BMP₂ reached a peak in period1 and then decreased,but there was a small rising trend in period3. The expression had no difference between each adjacent period（period2 and period3,period3 and period4）（P > 0. 05）,but there was difference between（period1 and period2,period1 and period3）（P < 0. 05）.
