【摘要】 猫ω干扰素因其较高的抗病毒、抗增殖和抗肿瘤效果以及免疫调节作用引起广泛关注与研究。结合ω干扰素相关研究结果,综述猫ω干扰素的结构特征、生物学活性以及抗病毒的作用机制,综合分析其在临床上对FCV、FHV-1、FIV、FCGS及FIP等几种常见猫病毒病的治疗效果,以期为临床上寻求新型有效的动物抗病毒药物提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the developing of the research on FeIFN-ω,its high antiviral,antiproliferative and antitumor effects,as well as immune regulation,has attracted widespread attention and research. Based on the related research results of IFN-ω,the structure,biological activity and antiviral mechanism of FeIFN-ω were reviewed in the paper. The therapeutic effects of FeIFN-ω on several common feline viral diseases,such as FCV,FHV-1,FIV,FCGS and FIP,were analyzed comprehensively in order to seek new and effective animal antiviral drugs in clinic.更多还原
