【摘要】 为检测猪血清中猪流行性腹泻病毒（PEDV）抗体水平,以纯化的PEDV作为包被抗原,优化ELISA反应条件,建立了检测PEDV血清IgG抗体的诊断方法:当血清OD_450nm值>0.31时,判定阳性;当OD_450nm值小于0.26时,判定阴性;当OD_450nm值介于两者之间判定可疑。结果表明,试验建立的ELISA抗体检测方法可用于检测猪血清中猪流行腹泻病毒抗体、监测猪流行腹泻病的流行情况和评价相关疫苗的免疫效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate antibody levels of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus in porcine serum,the purified PEDV virus was used as the coating antigen,and the diagnostic method of detecting Ig G antibody of PEDV was established by optimizing the ELISA reaction condition. The serum OD_450nmvalue was 0.31,the positive value was determined,the OD_450nmvalue was less than 0. 26,the negative value was determined; and the OD_450nmvalue between the two to determine suspicious.
