食用菌工厂化栽培中结露现象浅析

【摘要】 在食用菌工厂化生产的各个生产环节中常可见到结露现象发生,其中水蒸汽凝结成露珠时的临界温度称为露点温度。通过分析食用菌工厂中结露现象对环境调控的影响,提出湿度露点对照表的应用,并从食用菌工厂建设、菌丝培养、出菇管理和鲜菇贮藏等过程中阐述了结露现象的防控策略,以期为食用菌生产提供参考。

【Abstract】 In the edible fungi factory production, all aspects of production are often seen condensation phenomenon, the condensation of water vapor into dew when the critical temperature is called the dew point temperature. In this paper, the effect of condensation during environment control in edible fungi factory was analyzed, and the application of humidity dew point table was put forward. Control strategies of condensation in edible fungi factory construction, mycelium culturing, fruiting management and fresh edible fungi storage were discussed in details. Advices were also provided to meet the needs in modern edible fungi cultivation.
