【摘要】 目的分析口腔种植修复中应用附着龈重建的临床效果。方法 84例口腔种植修复患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组实施传统牙龈缝合术,研究组实施附着龈重建术。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组探诊深度为(1.43±0.23)mm、有效角化黏膜宽度为(2.63±0.38)mm、出血指数为(0.58±0.14)、改良菌斑指数为(0.57±0.11),均优于对照组的(1.85±0.27)mm、(2.18±0.37)mm、(0.78±0.15)、(0.74±0.11),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组精神健康评分为(85.43±5.67)分、社会功能评分为(83.46±5.13)分、躯体疼痛评分为(83.12±4.62)分、生理功能评分为(84.36±6.12)分,均高于对照组的(67.26±6.12)、(66.14±5.62)、(65.76±5.48)、(66.43±5.87)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论附着龈重建应用于口腔种植修复的效果显著,可明显加大附着龈的宽度,改善牙龈边缘的美观度,降低菌斑的滋生,且生活质量高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of attached gingival reconstruction in oral implant restoration. Methods A total of 84 patients with oral implant restoration were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received traditional gingival suture, and the research group received attached gingival reconstruction. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the research group had higher total effective rate as 95.24% than 78.57% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had probing depth as(1.43±0.23) mm, effective keratinized mucosa width as(2.63±0.38) mm, bleeding index as(0.58±0.14) and modified plaque index as(0.57±0.11), which were all better than(1.85±0.27) mm,(2.18±0.37) mm,(0.78±0.15) and(0.74±0.11) in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had better mental health score as(85.43±5.67) points, social function score as(83.46±5.13) points, somatic pain score as(83.12±4.62) points and physiological function score as(84.36±6.12) points than(67.26±6.12),(66.14±5.62),(65.76±5.48) and(66.43±5.87) points in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Attachment gingival reconstruction shows remarkable effect in oral implant restoration. It can significantly increase the width of attachment gingiva, improve the aesthetic degree of gingival margin, reduce plaque growth, and improve the quality of life.更多还原
