【摘要】 目的探讨尤瑞克林对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的防治效果。方法 76例动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组38例。对照组患者采用常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加尤瑞克林治疗,比较两组患者大脑中动脉平均血流速度(VMCA)、血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及血管痉挛发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者VMCA和ET-1水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组脑血管痉挛发生率为5.26%,明显低于对照组的39.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林能改善动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者血流状态,促进神经功能恢复,减少脑血管痉挛发生,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of Urinary Kallindinogenase for cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods A total of 76 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment, the observation group received Urinary Kallindinogenase for treatment on the basis of the control group. The levels of mean middle cerebral arterial velocity(VMCA), serum endothelin-1(ET-1), nitric oxide(NO) and incidence of vasospasm were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of VMCA and ET-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the NO level was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of cerebral vasospasm in the observation group was 5.26%, which was significantly lower than 39.47% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Urinary Kallindinogenase can improve the blood flow status of the patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, promote the recovery of nerve function and reduce the occurrence of cerebral vasospasm, which is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
