玻璃离子在半萌出恒磨牙窝沟封闭的应用研究

【摘要】 目的评价玻璃离子在半萌出恒磨牙窝沟封闭的应用效果。方法 120例窝沟较深且无龋齿及非龋性牙体疾病儿童(240颗半萌出状态之下颌第一、二恒磨牙),随机分为A组(实验组)和B组(空白对照组),各120颗牙。A组以玻璃离子材料进行窝沟封闭,B组为自身对侧同名牙,不做任何处理。经6、12、24个月复查,检查A组封闭材料保留及防龋保护情况,并观察两组患龋发生情况。结果 A组6个月复查牙数保留率为100.00%,12个月为93.10%,24个月为85.29%。A组6个月防龋保护率为100.00%,12个月为88.46%,24个月为82.05%;A组6、12、24个月患龋率均低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=11.53、20.85、28.74,P<0.05)。结论玻璃离子材料作为封闭剂对半萌出状态之恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭具有良好的防龋效果,具有临床推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application effect of glass ionomer cement applied for semierupted permanent molar pit and fissure sealing. Methods A total of 120 120 children with deep pit and fissure without caries and non carious dental disease(240 semi-erupted jaw first, second permanent molars) were randomly divided into group A(experimental group) and group B(blank control group), with 120 teeth in each group. Group A received glass ionomer cement for pit and fissure sealing, and group B received no treatment. After 6, 12, 24 months, sealing material retention and prevent caries in group A was checked, and the occurrence of dental caries in two groups was observed. Results Group A had teeth retention rate in 6 months as 100.00%, 93.10% in 12 months and 85.29% in 24 months during reexamination. Group A had caries preventing rate as 100.00% in 6 months, 88.46% in 12 months and 82.05% in 24 months. Group A had lower caries rate in 6, 12 and 24 months than group B, and their difference was statistically significant(χ~2=11.53, 20.85, 28.74, P<0.05). Conclusion Glass ionomer cement contains good caries preventing effect as the sealant for semi-erupted permanent molar pit and fissure sealing, and contains clinical promotion and application value.
