昆士兰大学多维学术职务晋升制度及借鉴
Implications of Multi-dimensional Academic Appointment System at the University of Queensland
【摘要】 昆士兰大学作为澳大利亚传统名校,其学术职务晋升制度具有完整的政策体系、多维的职务分类、清晰的角色期望、全面的学术档案袋、严谨的人事授权、良好的沟通机制等特点。该制度安排为昆士兰大学吸引、稳定优秀大学教师以及发挥其作用表现出了非常积极的意义,其内在一致性的制度安排对高等院校深化教师职务分类管理改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 As a traditional famous university of Australia,the University of Queensland has developed a system with cohesive policy texts,multi-dimensional academic category,clear role expectations,detailed academic portfolio,strict human resources authorisation,and good communication mechanism. The system is positive for the university to attract and maintain eminent academic staff,and to provide them with opportunities to play their best roles. The consistency of the system is of great significance to deepening the reform of academic appointment of higher institutions.
