【摘要】 为准确把握工作重塑的国际研究热点与方向,本研究基于Web of Science TM核心合集数据库,搜集1998-2017年间315篇工作重塑相关文献,运用"Citespace V"软件从时空分布、关键词共现、共被引、国内研究等方面进行可视化分析。结果发现:(1)在时间分布上,研究热度持续走高;(2)在空间分布上,Wrzesniewski、Tims、Berg、Bakker和Demerouti等学者及其文献在领域内具有高影响力,不同国家和组织机构的合作较为紧密;(3)分析关键词频次发现,工作重塑可划分为萌芽、发展和成熟3个研究阶段;(4)依据共被引分析,有如下特点:首先,高频次共被引文献可分为理论基础和影响效果研究两方向;其次,发生突现的文献集中在理论基础研究方向;最后,高频次共被引作者均为理论基础奠定者;(5)国内对工作重塑研究较为重视,但中国学者在国内和国外发表的文献主题差异较大。本研究建议:国内学者应注重对工作重塑的不同维度进行研究,验证中国版工作重塑量表,关注团队工作重塑,对不同群体、不同行业的工作重塑进行细化研究等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accurately grasping the frontier research on job crafting as a starting point, this paper regarded 315 job crafting literatures which were from Web of Science TM database during 1998-2017 as the research object. This paper uses Citespace V as a tool of mapping knowledge domains visualization to analyze job crafting research from the following aspects: such as space-time distribution、keywords、co-citation and domestic research. Some results are obtained:(1) In the time distribution, the research is getting notable;(2) In the space distribution, Wrzesniewski、Tims、Berg、Bakker、Demerouti and their papers have high-impact on job crafting research field, different countries and institutions tend to work close;(3) Job crafting can be divided into start, development and maturation three research stages after analyzing keyword frequency;(4) Based on the co-citation analysis, some characteristics as follows: First, high frequency co-citation papers are divided into two directions, theoretical and effect research; Second, burst paper converge to theoretical research; Third, all the high frequency co-citation authors are theoretical creator;(5) Domestic scholar focus on job crafting research, but the subject of literature published in China and abroad of domestic scholars have big difference. Research suggests that domestic scholars should pay more attention to the concept of job crafting in different dimensions, validation of the Chinese version of the job crafting scale, care about team job crafting, more subdivision research in different groups and industries are required.更多还原
