【摘要】 目的了解上海市松江区中小学生家长对人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)及其疫苗的认知情况和为其子女接种HPV疫苗意愿的影响因素,为提高HPV相关知识的知晓率和制定HPV疫苗的接种策略提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法和自行设计调查问卷方式,于2017年9月18日~9月30日,对上海市松江区3 262名中小学生家长进行有效调查,采用一般描述性、单因素和多因素非条件logistic回归分析中小学生家长对HPV及其疫苗的认知情况和影响其为子女接种HPV疫苗意愿的影响因素。结果 3 262名学生家长中,仅38.87%(1 268人)和27.56%(899人)的家长在本次调查前听说过HPV和HPV疫苗,56.16%(1 832人)的学生家长愿意为其子女接种HPV疫苗。子女为女孩、认为子女有感染HPV的风险、绝大多数人愿意接种疫苗、支持疫苗在国内推广、对子女进行过性教育和家长自身愿意接种疫苗为影响学生家长为其子女接种HPV疫苗的主要因素。大多数家长为子女接种疫苗愿意承担的最高价格为1 000元以内,希望政府和医疗保险参与支付,若国家权威机构(如国家卫生行政部门)证实该疫苗安全有效,并将该疫苗纳入国家免疫接种规划,可大大提高中小学生家长为其子女接种HPV疫苗的意愿。结论上海市松江区中小学生家长对HPV和HPV疫苗的认知程度和接受态度均有待提高,相关部门应通过加大宣传、进行价格调控或补贴等形式推广HPV疫苗接种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the knowledge of HPV related issues and HPV vaccine and the acceptance for this vaccine among parents of elementary and middle school students in Songjiang district of Shanghai city in China. Methods A total of 3 262 parents participated the survey by random stratified cluster sampling from September 18 to 30 of 2017.Descriptive analysis,single factor analysis and multiple-factor analysis were performed. Results Of all 3 262 parents,only 1 268(38.87%)have ever heard HPV while 899(27.56%)heard HPV vaccine.1 832 parents(56.16%)were willing to have their children vaccinated.Parents of most girls were willing their daughters to be vaccinated.Parents who support the idea of widespread vaccination of this vaccine throughout the country,administering more sexual education to their children,and parents who are willing to be vaccinated themselves were protective factors to have their children vaccinated.Most parents can willingly afford for their children′vaccination for less than 1 000 Chinese yuan.Parents expect government and medical insurance to cover the vaccine cost.Verified safe and effective vaccine could be included into the national immunization program to dramatically prompt parents to have their children vaccinated. ConclusionsKnowledge of HPV and acceptance of HPV vaccine among parents of elementary and middle school students still need to be improved,related authorities should take measures to the wide and affordable HPV vaccine for school children.更多还原
