2015年乌鲁木齐腹泻婴幼儿轮状病毒流行基因型监测
Surveillance for the rotavirus prevalent genotypes in infants and children with diarrhea in Urumqi in 2015
【摘要】 目的了解乌鲁木齐腹泻婴幼儿轮状病毒(rotavirus,RV)感染流行情况。方法2015年1~12月,采集住院或门诊≤5岁婴幼儿腹泻样本407份,用ELISA法检测RV抗原,阳性样本用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)进行RV G/P基因型分型。结果407例腹泻婴幼儿,RV阳性检出率为24.3%(99/407),主要感染对象为24个月以内婴幼儿(占98.0%,97/99)。99份RV阳性样本G/P基因型分型结果显示:G3为主要流行G基因型,占48.5%(48/99),其次为G1(18.2%,18/99)、G2(14.1%,14/99)和G9(8.1%,8/99);混合G型感染占10.1%(10/99),其中检测到G4以混合感染形式存在1例;未能G分型1例。P基因型以P[8]为主,占68.7%(68/99),其次为P[4](13.1%,13/99)和P[6](4.0%,4/99);P型混合感染占11.1%(11/99);3例(3.0%,3/99)未能分型。最主要的RV G/P基因型组合依次为G3P[8](41.4%,41/99),G1P[8](16.2%,16/99),G2P[4](13.1%,13/99)和G9P[8](7.1%,7/99)。结论 2015年乌鲁木齐5岁以下腹泻婴幼儿感染的RV优势基因型为G3P[8]。持续监测RV流行基因型可为本地RV感染防控及其疫苗的准入提供数据支持。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of rotavirus(RV)infection in infants and children with diarrhea in Urumqi of China in 2015. Methods From January to December 2015,a total of 407 fecal samples were collected from children under 5 years old with diarrhea that were hospitalized or at outpatient visit clinics and examined for the RV antigen by ELISA.RV positive samples were genotyped by RT-PCR with G and P type primers. Results RV was detected in 99 out of 407(24.3%)diarrhea children.Ninety-eight percent of patients with rotavirus infection occurred among children less than 24 months old.Genotyping of 99 rotaviruses showed that G3(48.5%)was the most predominant,followed by G1(18.2%),G2(14.1%)and G9(8.1%).G mixed infection was 10.1%.Only one case was detected as G4 mixed infection.One case was undetermined as G type.For P types,P[8]was predominant,accounting for 68.7%;P[4]and P[6]only 13.1%and 4.0%,respectively.P mixed infection was 11.1%,3(3.0%)remained undetermined for P types.The most common G/P combination were G3 P[8](41.4%),G1 P[8](16.2%),G2 P[4](13.1%)and G9 P[8](7.1%). Conclusions G3 P[8]was the predominant RV genotype infected in infants and children under 5 years old with diarrhea in Urumqi of China in 2015.Continuously monitoring RV epidemic genotypes help to provide data for local RV infection prevention and control.
