【摘要】 目的:评估术前留置输尿管支架管(双J管)对输尿管软镜碎石术治疗肾或输尿管上段结石治疗效果的影响。方法:回顾分析我院接受输尿管软镜联合钬激光碎石的肾或输尿管上段结石病例57例。根据患者有无术前输尿管支架管的置入分为术前留置输尿管支架组28例和术前未留置组29例。比较2组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率及结石清除率的差异,评估治疗效果。结果:预置组的手术时间显著长于未预置组(110.92±32.39min vs 89.69±34.53min,P<0.05),术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生率及结石清除率在2组间均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论:术前留置输尿管支架管组手术时间较未留置输尿管支架管组延长,2组手术效果相当。该结论仍需大规模高质量的随机对照试验证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of preoperative ureteral stenting on the treatment of renal or upper ureteral calculi with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods:We enrolled 57 cases of renal or upper ureteral calculi who received the treatment of flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.According to whether the patients accepted preoperative ureteral stenting or not,the patients were divided into preoperative placement group(28 patients)and conventional group(29 patients).The differences in operating time,length of stay,amounts of blood loss,incidence of complications and stone-free rate were analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effects.Results:The operating time of two groups [preoperative placement group(110.92±32.39)min vs conventional group(89.69 ±34.53)min] had significant difference(P <0.05).There were no significant differences in length of stay,amounts of blood loss,incidence of complications or stone-free rate between two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The operating time of preoperative placement group is longer than that of conventional group,but the therapeutic effect of preoperative placement group is similar to the effect of conventional group.A large sample of high-quality RCT is still needed for further verification.更多还原
