【Abstract】 This paper starts from the changes in the demand for statistical talents in the era of big data and the opportunities and challenges faced by statistical education. Taking the teaching and reform of applied statistics in our school as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of applied statistics professionals. The applied statistics major should follow the "OBE" talent training concept,take the society as the orientation of the demand for big data talents,focus on the training of data analysis talents,optimize the curriculum,improve the talent training program,and innovate the talent training model.更多还原
