【Abstract】 Standardized patients have wide application prospects in clinical simulation teaching,but they are limited by many conditions in recruitment,training,assessment and application. By analyzing the construction of the standardized patient team in the second hospital of Jilin University,the recruitment,training and selection of standardized patients are summarized.
