微格教学在医院临床教学中的应用研究
The Application of Microteaching in clinical teaching
【摘要】 目的:探讨微格教学在临床教学中的应用。方法:选取临床教师34人,对其进行微格教学培训前、后教学技能的对比分析,应用配对样本t检验进行统计分析。结果:除板书技能外,学员其他技能的评分在培训前和培训后有统计学差异(P<0.05),总评分也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床教师采用微格教学培训法能显著提高教学技能。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application of microteaching in clinical teaching.Methods: Select 34 junior and intermediate grade teachers for comparative analysis of teaching skills before and after training of microteaching. The significance between groups is analyzed with paired-samples T test.Result: All the teaching skills and total score of trainees after microteaching training showed significant increase except writing skills when compared with that before training( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Teaching skills of clinical teachers are significantly improved after microteaching training.
