【摘要】 目的:探讨模拟内镜联合微格教学法在支气管镜培训中的应用。方法:将无内镜经验的医师分为:A组只接受模拟内镜培训和现场指导,B组在接受模拟内镜培训同时采用微格教学法进行辅导。结果:经过4周培训后,B组的操作速度、灵活性、准确性和综合评分均优于A组。结论:模拟内镜联合微格教学法能帮助新学者快速提高支气管镜操作技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effectiveness of virtual bronchoscopy simulator combined with microteaching in bronchoscopy training.Methods:All the endoscopists,who had no endoscopy experience previously,were divided into 2 groups:group A to receive training with the virtual bronchoscopy simulator and on-site guidance,group B to receive training with virtual bronchoscopy simulator combined with microteaching training.Results:After four weeks,the operation speed,flexibility and accuracy of group B were better than those of group A.Conclusion:Virtual bronchoscopy simulator combined with microteaching are effective to contribute the novices to improve the operation skill of bronchoscopy.更多还原
