乳菇属真菌研究概况

【摘要】 乳菇属真菌是一类具有乳汁的伞菌,由于其味道鲜美,营养丰富和药用活性显著,一直受到人们的喜爱。截止目前,国内外学者从乳菇属真菌中分离出来的化学成分主要有倍半萜、生物碱、甾醇、芳香类、脂肪酸类、多糖类等。现代药理研究表明乳菇属真菌具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗氧化、调节植物生长和抗虫等作用。本文综述了国内外学者对乳菇属真菌的化学成分、药理活性、构效关系的研究,旨在为深入研究与开发乳菇属真菌提供参考。

【Abstract】 Genus Lactarius is a type of latex toadstool. Due to its delicacy, nutrition, and significant medicinal activity, it has received much attention. Up to now, domestic and foreign researchers have separated many chemical constituents such as sesquiterpenoids, alkaloids, sterols, aromatics, fatty acids and polysaccharides from Lactarius. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that genus Lactarius has anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, and anti-oxidation, and it also affects plant growth regulation and insect resistance. This article reviews the domestic and foreign studies on the chemical compositions, pharmacological activity, and structure-activity relationship of genus Lactatius, and aims to provide a reference for the further research and development of genus Lactarius.
