【摘要】 我国人口众多,老龄化严重,医疗资源匮乏。国家出台一系列医改政策改善这一局面。借助于信息技术,电子医疗、移动医疗等医疗模式蓬勃发展,可高效利用医疗资源。因此,"互联网+"医疗模式为大势所趋。基于此,文章总结并比较电子医疗、移动医疗和分级诊疗模式,并提出"互联网+"新型医疗体系。此医疗体系具有医疗信息化、移动化和医疗资源的优化配置的特点,为信息化医疗体系建设提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has a large population,with the problem of aging population and shortage of medical resources. The government has introduced a series of medical reform policies to improve the situation. In recent years,with the flourishing development of information technology,medical models such as electronic health service(e-health) and mobile health service(m-health),the medical resources can be utilized efficiently. Based on the above situation,this paper summarizes and compares electronic health service,mobile health service and hierarchical medical system,and proposes a new "Internet plus"medical system characteristic of medical informatization,mobility and optimal allocation of medical resources.
