盐胁迫对刺槐幼苗叶绿素荧光及叶片解剖结构的影响

【摘要】 为了研究盐胁迫对刺槐幼苗光合作用以及细胞结构的影响,探索刺槐耐盐胁迫的光合特性和不同品种之间的差别,本研究以刺槐的2个品种为试验材料,对其进行NaCl胁迫处理,研究NaCl胁迫对刺槐幼苗叶绿素荧光特性以及叶片解剖结构的影响。结果表明,在受到不同浓度NaCl胁迫后,刺槐Fm值在不同浓度胁迫之间存在显著差异,ΦPSⅡ值、ETR和qp随着NaCl浓度的升高均呈现出逐渐下降的趋势,而NPQ值大幅上升,差异极显著。随着NaCl处理浓度的增加,‘豫引1号’叶片解剖结构中的CTR值与对照相比明显增大,而SR值减小,气孔张开;‘3-I’则叶片萎蔫,活力降低,气孔关闭。综合分析,‘3-I’受NaCl胁迫影响较大,受害较重,而‘豫引1号’具有一定的抗盐能力,在NaCl胁迫下表现出较强的适应性。

【Abstract】 To study the effects of salt stress on photosynthetic characteristics and cell structure of Robinia pseudoacacia L. cutting seedlings and explore the salt resistance photosynthetic characteristics of different R.pseudoacacia varieties and the difference among varieties, two R.pseudoacacia varieties’ seedlings were taken as test materials, after NaCl treatment, the effects of NaCl stress on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and leaf anatomical structure were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences of F_m value under different NaCl concentrations. ΦPS Ⅱ, ETR and qp gradually decreased with the NaCl concentration increase. NPQ sharply rose and showed a significant difference. With the NaCl concentration increase, CTR of‘Yuyin No.1’significantly increased and SR decreased compared with control, and the stomata opened. But the leaves of ‘3-I’ were wilted and deactivated, and the stomata closed. In general,‘3-I’ is greatly influenced by Na Cl stress, while‘Yuyin No.1’has salt resistance and shows a strong adaptability under NaCl stress.
