鲁东地区冬小麦水分利用效率及品质的研究
Water Use Efficiency and Quality of Winter Wheat in East Shandong
【摘要】 研究旨在探究品种、灌水模式、播期、播量、氮肥用量对小麦水分利用及品质的影响,进一步明确内外部条件对小麦水分利用及品质的作用,为实现水肥高效奠定研究基础。试验在大田条件下采用5因素4水平正交优化设计研究了品种、灌水模式、播期、播量、氮肥用量对不同冬小麦水分利用效率及品质的影响。结果表明:(1)影响冬小麦水分利用效率的因素从大到小依次为:灌水模式、播量、品种、播期、纯氮用量。灌1水时可获得较高的水分利用效率。(2)品种是影响小麦籽粒蛋白质含量的关键因素,其次为氮肥用量和灌水模式,播期和播量影响不明显。(3)品种是决定湿面筋含量的主要因素,‘烟农19’的湿面筋含量最高;随氮肥施用量和灌水次数的增加,湿面筋含量增加。试验得到灌水模式对水分利用效率影响程度最大,品种是影响品质的主要因素,为水肥高效利用模式的选择奠定基础。
【Abstract】 This study aims to explore the effect of variety, irrigation mode, sowing date, sowing amount andnitrogen fertilizer application amount on water use efficiency and quality of wheat, and further clarify theinfluence of internal and external conditions on wheat water use efficiency and quality, and provide a basisfor high water and fertilizer use efficiency. A field experiment of 5 factors and 4 levels was conducted withorthogonal optimization design. The results showed that:(1) the factors affecting water use efficiencyfollowed the order of irrigation mode> sowing quantity> variety> sowing date> nitrogen fertilizerapplication amount, and water use efficiency of only jointing water treatment was higher than that of othertreatments;(2) variety was the key factor affecting grain protein content, followed by nitrogen fertilizerapplication amount and irrigation mode, and the effect of sowing date and sowing amount was not obvious;(3) variety was the main factor affecting wet gluten content, and the wet gluten content of‘Yannong 19’wasthe highest, wet gluten content increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application amount andirrigation times. The biggest impact factor on water use efficiency was irrigation mode, and variety was the mostimportant factor affecting quality. The results lay a foundation for selecting suitable high water use efficiencypattern.
