【摘要】 本文基于新型农业创业人才的调查数据,通过建立结构方程模型,研究了新型农业创业人才人力资本、社会资本、心理资本与创业环境、创业企业绩效之间的关系。研究结果表明,良好的创业环境对新型农业创业人才人力资本、社会资本和心理资本有显著的正向影响;新型农业创业人才人力资本、心理资本对创业企业绩效有显著的正向影响,而新型农业创业人才社会资本对创业企业绩效影响不显著;良好的创业环境对创业企业绩效有显著的正向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey data of new agricultural entrepreneurial talents, this article examines the relationship between human capital, social capital, psychological capital, entrepreneurship environment and entrepreneurial performance by using a structural equation model. The results show that entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive impact on human capital,social capital and psychological capital. Human capital and psychological capital have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance, but social capital has no significant influence on entrepreneurial performance. Entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.更多还原
