藻酸盐寡糖制备工艺及生物活性研究进展

【摘要】 藻酸盐是褐藻中的主要多糖物质,因我国周边海域褐藻资源产量极为丰富,致使藻酸盐颇为廉价易得。与藻酸盐相比,藻酸盐寡糖具有分子质量低、水溶性强、易吸收等优点,从而关于藻酸盐降解工艺与藻酸盐寡糖的各类生物活性的研究成为近来关于海洋多糖研究的重点。该文章叙述了藻酸盐寡糖降解工艺及其生物活性和应用领域研究进展,并对藻酸盐寡糖对各种疾病及其对农业、食品、药物方面的发展前景进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Alginate is the major type of polysaccharides in brown algae. Therefore, it is believed there is plenty of alginate resource in the sea area of China so that the alginate is easy to get at a low price. Compared to alginate, alginate oligosaccharide has the advantage of lower molecular weight,better water solubility, and easy to absorb. The research on alginate degradation process and various bioactivities of alginate oligosaccharide has become the focus of recent studies on marine polysaccharide. The research progress of alginate oligosaccharide degradation process and its biological activities and applications were reviewed, and development of oligosaccharide on various disease, agriculture, food and medicine was prospected.
